Welcome to Leads On Demand (LOD). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, services, and purchase of loan leads. By registering, recharging your wallet, accessing lead information, or purchasing any lead through our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Our Service
Leads On Demand is a lead-generation platform that provides loan-related customer enquiries to eligible Loan DSAs, Direct Sales Agents, financial consultants, lending professionals, and business partners.
We operate primarily on a Pay Per Lead model, allowing users to purchase individual loan leads according to their requirements and available wallet balance.
2. 100% Non-Shareable Loan Leads
Leads purchased through Leads On Demand are intended to be 100% Non-Shareable Loan Leads.
A purchased lead is allocated to the purchasing partner and is not intentionally resold or distributed to multiple purchasing partners. However, Leads On Demand cannot be held responsible for a customer independently approaching other lenders, DSAs, websites, applications, or financial service providers.
3. Lead Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide verified and live loan enquiries based on the information available to us.
Lead information may include details such as the customer’s name, contact information, loan requirement, location, employment/business information, or other relevant details, where legally permissible.
The availability and accuracy of particular information may vary from lead to lead.
4. View Before Purchase
Where the platform provides a preview of lead information, the customer/partner may review the available lead details before purchasing the lead.
By purchasing a lead after reviewing the available information, you acknowledge that you have made an informed purchasing decision.
5. No Replacement / No Refund
All purchased leads are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
Because the available lead details can be reviewed before purchase, a lead cannot be returned or replaced after purchase due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Customer does not answer the call
- Customer does not respond to messages
- Customer changes their mind
- Customer is not interested after contact
- Customer does not qualify for the loan
- Loan application is rejected
- Customer chooses another lender/DSA
- Customer’s requirement changes
- Customer does not ultimately take a loan
A replacement or refund will only be considered if Leads On Demand determines that a lead was delivered due to a technical/system error or duplicate delivery attributable to our platform, subject to verification.
6. Wallet Recharge
The minimum wallet recharge is Rs. 500/-.
Wallet funds may be used to purchase eligible leads available on the platform. Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance for purchases.
A wallet recharge does not guarantee any specific number of leads, loan approvals, conversions, disbursements, or earnings.
7. Loan Approval Disclaimer
Leads On Demand is a lead-generation platform and does not guarantee loan approval, sanction, disbursement, interest rate, loan amount, or conversion.
Final loan approval and disbursement are entirely subject to the respective lender’s eligibility criteria, verification process, documentation, credit assessment, policies, and decision.
8. Partner Responsibilities
Partners purchasing leads are responsible for contacting customers professionally and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, privacy requirements, telemarketing rules, and lender guidelines.
Partners must not misuse, sell, reshare, publish, or distribute purchased customer information to unauthorized third parties.
9. Customer Data & Privacy
Customer information provided through our platform must be used only for legitimate loan-related business purposes.
Partners must maintain appropriate confidentiality and security of customer information and must not use such information for unrelated purposes.
Our handling of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Copy or scrape lead data from the platform
- Resell or redistribute purchased leads
- Use customer information for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent themselves or any lender
- Make fraudulent loan-related claims
- Attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform
- Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
Leads On Demand reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
11. Account Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms & Conditions, misused customer information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or attempted to compromise the platform.
Any pending wallet balance or other account-related matters will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
12. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable platform availability; however, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, network failures, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
13. Changes to These Terms
Leads On Demand reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when published on the website or application.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, recharging your wallet, viewing lead information, or purchasing a loan lead, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
