Where specifically represented as 100% Non-Shareable Loan Leads, a purchased lead is intended to be provided exclusively to the purchasing partner and is not intentionally sold or distributed to multiple purchasing partners.
However, Leads On Demand cannot control whether a customer independently submits their information to another lender, DSA, website, application, or financial service provider.
